| AL MUNTEANU, PRESIDENT |

Al Munteanu is a 20 year veteran of the international media industry.
He began his entertainment career in radio, where he was instrumental in establishing radio syndication in Germany as the producer and on-air host of various nationally syndicated commentary shows. He then moved on to television to serve as both producer and on-air host for MTV Europe, Tele 5 and RTL.
In 1992, Munteanu was active in the field of documentary production company, with The Entertainment Council. In 1994, he shifted his vision towards fictional programming. Al Munteanu co-produced, executive produced and distributed feature films such as Artisan’s Dark Harbor, and the Kate Beckinsale hit comedy Shooting Fish.
In April 2000, New Legend Media AG was launched: Under Al Munteanu’s management, NLM developed, financed and produced feature films budgeted at between $10 and $25 million such as The Unsaid, with Andy Garcia and Teri Polo, and The Fourth Angel, starring Jeremy Irons and Forest Whitaker.
Al Munteanu is a graduate of the University of Maryland, and holds a master’s degree from the University of Munich in communications. In 1994, he was graduated from the MEDIA 95 EAVE program for independent producers. |

| STEFAN LITKA, CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER |

Stefan Litka is a graduate of Media Business School at the Technische Universität Ilmenau. Litka most recently served as Controller at ProSiebenSat.1 Media AG, where he has been responsible for the commercial divisions of SevenOne International GmbH, Producers at Work GmbH and ProSiebenSat.1 Welt GmbH between 2004 and 2008. Prior to ProSiebenSat.1 Media AG he has gathered work experience at Bavaria Media, Bavaria Film GmbH, as well as at KirchMedia Entertainment.
Litka joined the SquareOne Entertainment team in July 2008 as Chief Financial Officer, where he is responsible for Controlling, Accounting, Contracts and Tax Law.
His appointment as CFO is a result of the rapid growth spawned by the increased acquisition and distribution activity at SquareOne Entertainment, which he will support by analyzing and optimizing diverse processes as well as by implementing and developing new database systems. |

| ANKE FRISCH, HEAD OF BUSINESS AFFAIRS |

Anke Frisch began her career in the fashion industry, where she spent 10 years as Office Manager and Executive Assistant at Escada, Cerruti 1881 and Otto Kern. During this time she was responsible for administration, accounting and personnel, while also gaining experience in international trade and licensing.
In 2000 she entered the film industry, taking on the position of Head of Controlling at Al Munteanu’s German/American film production company New Legend Media AG. Two years later, the established team founded SquareOne Entertainment. |

| SANDRA PAULY, ADMINISTRATIVE EXECUTIVE |

Sandra Pauly graduated from Johann Wolfgang Goethe University, Frankfurt, in 2007 with a Humanities degree. Additionally, she studied American and English Studies at The College of New Jersey, USA.
She began her career interning for national television stations and advertisement production companies such as ZDF and KNOP-TV. After working as film reviewer for a Frankfurt based radio station and long-time board member of Nippon Connection, the largest Japanese film showcase in Europe, Sandra Pauly joined the SquareOne team in 2007 as Administrative Executive where she is jointly responsible for acquisitions, contract management, delivery as well as market and festival coordination. |

| INGRID PITTANA, ACQUISITIONS EXECUTIVE |

Ingrid Pittana started her career in television production and co-ordiantion with Rome based SKY satellite television production company Sitcom S.p.A. after obtaining an Economics and International Relations degree from McGill University.
During her 5 years in Italy as Film Executive she primarily supported the formerly London based Grosvenor Park financial team through the evaluation of incoming projects and international sales co-ordination (Defiance, Love in the Time of Cholera), as well as simultaneously managing production for Fernando Ghia’s Pixit S.r.l. (The Mission, Lady Caroline Lamb, Nostromo) and foreign film distribution in Italy for Solo Entertainment Group (Haute Tension, The Eye trilogy, Red Eye).
In 2007 Ingrid became Head of International Sales for Ancona based animation company Rainbow S.p.A. for their first feature animated film “Winx Club: The Secret of the Lost Kingdom”. During this time she contributed to the consolidation of the company’s presence on the international market as well as extensive marketing support to the launch of the film in major eastern and western European territories.

| CARINA RICHTER, MATERIALS & DELIVERY EXECUTIVE |

Carina Richter began her career training as sound editor from Munich based Film und Fernsehsynchron GmbH. In the years following, she broadened her experience in the film industry to include Audio Synchronization, Production and Directing support and co-ordination, Animation and Equipment Servicing.
After serving for 3 years at ARRI Film and TV as Project Supervisor in the Audio Department, Carina grew to become Distribution Co-Ordinator in the Camera, Lights and Digital Department for Arnold & Richter Cinetechnik before joining SquareOne in 2007 where she is responsible for Synchronisation, Materials and Delivery. |
